Potter Wheel (4x Weekly Classes)
Four sessions to learn and perfect your pottery skills
About the class
£80 covers the 4 weeks Over four weeks, you will attend four two-hour sessions where you will learn techniques used in hand building and throwing on the wheel to create your own pots and will have the opportunity to paint and glaze your creations. The classes you attend will be the same day and time each week as your first session. This is a great way to socialise with others interested in learning pottery as each set of courses will have a group of up to eight people. At the end of the course, you can take home what you have made, paying by the weight of your finished items*. If you enjoy your four weeks, you can decide to extend the course and continue learning the art of pottery. Please note that it will take two to three weeks for the clay to dry and be fired, therefore you will need to return to collect it at a later date. Alternatively, we can post your creations to you (postage fees apply), however, we cannot accept responsibility for breakages while in transport to you. We will keep pots for 3 months. Please ensure that your nails are a suitable length for the course, and if you have long hair, you will also need to bring something to tie it up with. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 72 hours prior to your class. In order to allow us to make the necessary arrangements with our potters, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes to your booking within the 72 hour notice period. If you are buying as a gift or purchasing a voucher, please confirm the recipients availability before making the booking.
